She is easy to communicate with both via text, phone and email. She either immediately responds or if she's with another client will call you back in a very timely manner. We were assigned Karen Blanding as our realtor and she met all our expectations We were first time homebuyers and let Karen know we'd need extra explanations and help throughout the process and Karen was very accommodating. As soon as we let Karen know we wanted to put an offer in on a house she jumped right in and met with us that night so we could put the offer in the next morning. Karen jumped through hoops with the seller's agent, fought for us, and helped us get more information so that we could get the best offer for us accepted.
