We never actually met Karen but worked with Madison and others to sell our property. We were originally drawn to the business model of having separate agents assigned for the sell and purchase sides of the transaction. However, there were at least 8 different people involved in the transaction with no one person managing the overall process which became confusing and frustrating at times. The person assigned to close the sale of our home, Maria, was knowledgeable but advocated more for the buyer than for us as the seller.

From the minute I was put in contact with her she has been exceptional. First, she has been hyper responsive. I never waited more then 5-10 minutes for a text response, regardless of what the ask was or what time it was.Second, she ALWAYS made me feel like my own best interests were her best interests, I was never questioning that she was pushing me in a direction based on a commission. Third, she is incredibly knowledgable. When we were evaluating comps when I was considering an offer, she created a list of all the recent comps in the area and went through each one in excruciating detail elaborating why she thought they supported or did not support the asking price for the property I was looking at.
