I had the pleasure of working with Karen to sell my home in December of 2020. Even with the crazy year going due to covid Karen was such a sigh of relief and just absolutely knocked this one out of the park! She is very knowledgeable, responsive and brings a great energy with her. This was just such a seemless and easy transition out of my home and to top things off she was able to sell the house in 3 days and for $25,000 over asking price!Do not hesitate to have Karen as your realtor. Karen spent a couple months showing us houses when we were looking for a house within walking distance to downtown Lodi. We had to take a break during our search and Karen was totally accommodating.
