I made the decision to use her for our next home that we would build on land that we reviewed with her. I remembered being fascinated by her availability and professionalism with potential buyers. A long story short..we had to rent an apartment until the house was built. We had many builder issues, fouls ups and his unwillingness to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
