A resident of Virginia Beach for over fifty years, Karen enthusiastically began her career as a Realtor(R) in 1994 and was awarded Rookie of the Year with Progressive Realty. Since then Karen has consistently sold several million dollars in real estate each year. Karen initially specialized in new construction working as a site manager for local builders and developers in both resort and residential real estate for 14 years in communities such as Courthouse Estates, Castleton, West Neck (she has sold over 450 properties in this community alone) and Bay Creek Golf and Resort. Her range of experience in selling real estate now includes selling 55+ communities, resale homes, new construction homes, resort properties, investment properties, townhouses and condominiums! She is currently an investor and top producing agent for Keller Williams Elite Town Center.
