ZillowKara was the only saving grace during this home buying experience. Our lender was and idiot and we were to far gone to change. Kara took the lead and went above and beyond getting us across the finish line. With all the phone calls, text messages to the lender ownership, along with the title company. If it was not for Kara we never would have made it because i would have given up. She is very professional, courteous, and makes the personal connection to her clients and becomes a very close friend during the process. If you are looking to Buy or Sell a home in the Area I would recommend Kara hands down..her entire team (Cassandra) is amazing also

In 2017 we started looking to buy but we did not see the home my husband and I both loved until February of 2024. She was patient with us and all around wonderful! We had to make significant repairs and upgrades to our parents' house in preparation to sell it, and she was great at keeping everyone informed and on the same page, despite juggling 3 different locations! Her recommendations and suggestions were always spot-on. She is fair and honest, AND she really put in the extra mile for us, even assisting with getting a dehumidifier into the basement when neither of us could be there!
