ZillowVERIFIEDBeing a first time homeowner I had no idea where to begin with searching for a new home. Kara was very resourceful and attentive to the things I valued in a home. She guided me throughout the entire process with questions to ask and things that I should pay attention to. Kara helped me find the perfect home for me at a price I was comfortable with, with no pressure. She was very patient with me and made this process flow smoothly with very minimal stress, which is something I NEVER hear about the home buying process. I have been in my home for over a year now and she is still willing to serve as a resource for whatever questions I may have regarding my home. Kara is AWESOME and I am so fortunate to have had such a positive experience becoming a first time homeowner:)
ZillowVERIFIEDI had very good experience with Kara very professional couldn't asked for a better realtor. Kara showed many several houses before I decide on the one I purchased. She is a very passion realtor as it took what seems like forever to close on the house. Would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family.
ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot say enough great things about Kara. In 2006, she was my realtor and helped me locate my first home. I was told purchasing a home can be a long and overwhelming process. With Kara as my realtor, she made my home buying experience simple, streamline and stress free! I've never met a more caring, patient and dedicated realtor. I am picky and indecisive, so having a realtor by your side with these qualities speak volumes! She is experienced, knowledgeable, accountable and dependable. If I have any future realtor needs, I know exactly who to call.
