Kara is the definition of patience! We worked with Kara for the first time in 2023 as we were relocating from out of state and wanted to rent for a few years before settling on a home to buy. She helped us secure a rental long-distance, and was available to walk us through it, even on a holiday weekend. We didnt feel any pressure to buy from Kara until we were ready. She advocated for us every step of the way, and made the whole renting and eventually buying experience completely stress-free. Her lightning-fast responses helped alleviate all of our questions quickly, and the whole process went smoothly because Kara was at the reins. Highly recommend Kara to anyone who is looking for a realtor who listens, but also fights for you every step of the way!

Kara did an amazing job for us. We were buying a home in the Raleigh area while still living in Nevada where we were also selling. We never had to worry about anything with the purchase of our new home because Kara was taking care of all the details on thjs end. Words can honestly describe how wonderful Kara is!!! She jumped right on in helping us find somewhere to rent! She completely relieved us from so much stress. First, weve casually looked for two years prior to working with a realtor in this area, and previously built a completely custom home in another city. Having said that, our wish list was long, specific, and we had yet to find anything that truly checked all the boxes. Upon meeting Kara, she patiently learned about the (long) wishlist, and after visiting just a few houses, taking our feedback on them and refining, we found one that checked all the major boxes. This wasnt because it was easy, it was because Kara was on top of it.... We visited the house the day it went on the market, and had we not, we likely would have missed it! She worked with us through a multiple offer situations, and was patient with our negotiation requests. Kara handled our family (traveling spouses, sick kids, kids needing attention while mom was reviewing every detail in the house, and a picky/demanding wife) pleasantly. She was responsive, prompt, kind, and patient. I never once felt like I was being pushed into buying too quickly (which is not the case with all people in sales). She supported us through and after closing. She was wonderful for us, and wed recommend!
