Review Okay...Brittany came to me at a very desperate time in my life. She listened & got to work immediately! She is relentless with getting a sale. She explained every process with kind words, integrity, & professionalism. My sale was a very smooth process and I sleep very well now. Brittany is a amazing woman I can now call a friend. If you need to sell your house and might not be proud of the condition, it's okay call her. I couldn't of asked for a better human being to help me.

Review Kara was excellent to work with throughout the entire process of selling my mothers home. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient in allowing our family the time we needed to properly prepare the house for sale. Kara helped identify and prioritize what work actually mattered and even assisted with specific decisions like selecting tile. Her clear communication and practical guidance made the entire process straightforward from listing through closing. I would highly recommend Kara at First Choice Realty to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful realtor.

Review I interviewed three real estate agents before I met with Kara because I wanted someone I felt I could trust and feel comfortable with. I felt that with Kara right away. Karas professionalism, motivation, and strong work ethic afforded me the opportunity to accept an offer $40,000 over asking price, within a few days of listing my house for sale. Kara kept me informed of any progress made on the sale, and was extremely responsive to any questions I had. The house closed on the day that was agreed upon from the initial negotiation, with no setbacks along the way. Kara also recommended a great lawyer who made the process a breeze. An inherently anxiety provoking process was so much less stressful knowing Kara would keep me apprised of any information she had as soon as she knew herself. Kara is thoughtful, knowledgeable, personable, trustworthy, and is very good at what she does - couldnt ask for more in a real estate agent. So glad I did my research and went with Kara!

Review I cannot say enough about Kara Mazzola! Kara worked tirelessly to help us sell a house that every other realtor said was unsellable. Kara kept me up to date and informed during the whole process and made sure I was kept in the loop at all times. I would get texts, e-mails, phone calls and even videos! She has a broad network of professionals, from legal, to lead paint to dealing with a difficult and obtuse mortgage company and isn't afraid to call for advice when needed. She was even more than happy to lend a hand when my son was locked out of the property during a torrential rain storm!! Needless to say I would recommend Kara to my best friends and family and would definitely use her services again in the future!

Review Kara was "The Best" right from the beginning of our first meeting, Kara was one of three agents that we met with prior to listing our home. Kara came on time and prepared for our meeting. Throughout the whole process Kara was professional and attentive to details throught our sale. Kara also respected our wishes regarding a 24 hour notice prior to any showing. Our home was treated as her own home, she always ensured the security of our home and took care to proect our interest. Kara and agency would also inform us when they were finished and that our home was locked and secure. While out of town over the holidays an unexpected delivery was left at the door, Kara took it into the house and proceeded to inform us of the package, due to the fact that it was perishable, she even went back and unpacked the gift, send us photos and placed it in the refrigerator to prevent any spoilage. Kara took thetime to keep us well informed. We were very impressed wih her attention to detail. Thank You Kara, we really appreciate all that you do! Rick & Jean Moreau

Review My experience with Kara was excellent. She was professional, competent, knowledgeable and most import, easy to contact with questions and issues. She made a confusing process much easier. She was always prompt with time-sensitive forms to be completed, sent to my email. She was a great conduit between the organizations I had to deal with (buyer, short-sale, mortgage holder, attorney and court). She foresaw problems and how to solve them, (lead paint issue). She even responded to me by recorded video, very 2020:)I recommend her highlyCharles Sklener

Review Kara was by far the most pleasant and knowledgeable person I've dealt with throughout any "shopping" experience. Especially considering this was the most important purchase we've made. Very quick responses and great referrals when we needed contacts outside of a realtor. She even checked in after we closed! I would absolutely recommend working with Kara!
