My first impression of Kara is how flexible and easy to work with she is. Our schedules are constantly changing and she was flexible and understanding when it came to showings and made sure we were still able to see homes when she was unavailable. Once we were able to get showings she was clearly very knowledgeable of not just the market, but homes and property in general. She pays attention to the details and points out things I would not have caught. She made a point to understand what was important to us and found homes for us that fit our needs. When it came to making an offer she was incredibly helpful explaining how it worked and how to make a competitive offer, which ultimately got us the home we wanted. I would work with her again in a heartbeat and have already been recommending Kara to others. With this being our first purchase it was great to have someone that is so on top of every aspect, very professional, easy to get a hold of, flexible, extremely knowledgeable, explains how the process works clearly so we knew what to expect, and just all around easy and great to work with. Kara got to know us and what are needs were, helped us find and get exactly what we were looking for, and made the purchasing process easy even in a crazy market.
