Far from pushing us into a quick deal, Kara patiently showed us many homes, some of them several times, until we found a home that we truly loved. She clearly knows the Knoxville area market very well. I was very happy with Kara's work during the searching process, but once we made the offer on our house and were under contract, she amazed me. Without being stressed or pushy, Kara was on top of every detail: making phone calls, setting up appointments for us, meeting me at the house almost daily for inspections and questions, etc. If I asked for a recommendation for an inspector or contractor, Kara would send me a list of 3, along with phone numbers, comparative price ranges, and information about who recommended them.
