Review Kara was very resourceful and helped us all along the way. First it was a comprehensive house search which lasted from October into January. She pointed out houses for sale in areas we could afford and would want to live in. She reviewed and shared feedback with us as to the desirability of each candidate. When we found the house we wanted, she coached us as to negotiating with the seller. She kept on feeding us alternatives while the process continued just in case it fell through. She was very helpful in negotiating a purchase and in providing vendors for a comprehensive house inspection so we wouldn't get blindsided. She also provided lists of contractors who would be available to make repairs as needed. She was an excellent communicator throughout the whole process, and responded to our many texts, requests, and questions. She always acted in a professional manner. She answered our questions and inquiries even after the sale closed which we found admirable. She is a good caring human being and somebody a buyer/seller can rely on.

Review All I truly believe that this woman is a true teasure in Real Estate. She had made me feel like family, before even considering her as my realtor, she was in the trenches showing me house after house until I could not take it anymore and had to have on my team permantly. Other realtor just was providing lip service, calling me and texting, wanting me to sign a contrat with them before even showing me a place. That is not the personal touch Kara provided. She is amazing and fought for everything she could think of and didn't stop there. One of a kind, A great Pit-bull in battle. Review 5 STARS for Kara. We had the pleasure of working with her 2 years ago with the purchase of our first home. We decided at the end of 2021 that even though we loved our house it was time to upgrade to something a little bigger. We immediately called Kara and she got to work right away! We needed the proceeds of the sale to buy a new home and Kara explained to us all our options and we proceeded with listing our home. We were able to sell our house for 45k over ask and even got the buyers to take over our solar loan! Then we had to find a new house. We found our dream home a couple weeks later and got our offer accepted even though it was contingent on selling! Wow! We followed Karas advice and got exactly what we wanted and more. Kara is always attentive, responsive, explains what is happening, friendly and she knows what she is doing. Review Where do we begin. Selling your house can be a scary and challenging time. There were so many details to think about and our home was owned by 2 trusts. After interviewing several real estate agents we chose Kara, because she was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and caring. Her team of people, including the title company, escrow company, painter, termite repair, plumber, electrical, staging, etc. were excellent, very helpful and competitively priced. Kara advised that we do some cosmetic upgrades and staging, and in the end, it was very good advice. Well, that very weekend I went to an open house on my own and when I saw it I just knew it was the place for me. I called Kara and she immediately was 'on it'! She worked up the proposal, submitted it the next day and the following my offer was accepted! I hadn't bought a home in over 30 years and was sure it was going to be difficult, time consuming and drawn out. It wasn't! Kara explained everything and walked me through each step thoroughly. The Lender she recommended also was just as thorough and considerate. It was all so very easy for me, which I was and am still very grateful, as this was a huge change for me. Kara has been our agent for buying and selling a home, and she is truly exceptional!!!Kara genuinely cares for her clients and did everything she could to find a perfect home for us. She shared with us that when she is working on a deal, she thinks of our money as her money and will go above and beyond to secure the best possible contract for her clients (even if that means less money in her pocket when the deal closes). She worked tirelessly to communicate with the other realtor and with us. She maintains poise, professionalism and always exercises patience. I know she has many other clients and commitments, but she treated us like we were her priority, and I'm sure that all of her clients feel the same way!!In regards to selling our home, Kara's warmth, tenacity and professionalism truly set her apart from other realtors.
