I interviewed Kara on the phone before selecting her as our realtor, and we were pleased with the service she provided. Both my wife and I appreciated that she really listened to our needs and desires, and genuinely sought to address them. She was not pushy to simply achieve a sale, but looked for the best solution for us. Because we were new to the area, it took us a bit of time to sort out the options that were available. Kara did not get frustrated with us but remained patient. When we finally selected a house, she helped us negotiate a good contract and price. Finally, Kara is very knowledgeable about resources in the Rockbridge County area. When the home inspector (who she helped us find) found an issue with our home that need remediation, she helped us find a local contractor that could clearly sort out what was needed to resolve the problem. Further, even after we moved to our home, we have remained in contact with her and she has helpfully suggested resources in the area to assist us with our needs.
