Kara Braddick

Growing up in Lexington, I appreciated the lifestyle, convenience and historic charm the Rockbridge County area had to offer. After graduating from Virginia Tech I lived in Charleston, SC for seven years, but my heart remained in my hometown. Once returning to Lexington in 2009, I pursued a full-time career in real estate with James Wm. Moore Real Estate Co.

I offer an invaluable combination of professionalism, dedicated follow-through, and firm knowledge of the Lexington real estate market, enabling me to provide effective and superb client service. My knowledge of the complexities of today's housing market, coupled with my strong reputation for smooth and successful transactions make me a delight to work with from a client's perspective as well as industry professionals. In 2014, I was awarded the LBVRAR Realtor of the Year Award. My dedication to excellence and integrity are what make me a standout agent in the real estate community and a top producing agent in the area. I currently sit on the LVBRAR Board of Directors and serve as the incoming president for our Association.

In an effort to keep up with the ever changing real estate trends, I have made continuing education a priority. I currently hold the following real estate designations: Graduate Realtor's Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer's Agent (ABR) and e-PRO.

I currently reside in Lexington with my husband, Tim, and daughter, Hadley. I am a member of the Lexington Presbyterian Church, the Lexington-Rockbridge Jaycees, and serve on the Chamber of Commerce Marketing committee.
