ZillowVERIFIED Have worked with Kandis several times. She's responsive, knowledgeable, and excellent to work with. Most recently, she helped us sell a home with open houses and networking leads. Sold in 30 days, where average time is 47 days. Each experience has been exceptionally good and would recommend her highly.

ZillowVERIFIED Kandis is an awesome real estate agent! We contacted her on a visit to The Villages one Saturday morning and we were out looking at six houses in the early afternoon. When we had to drive back home, Kandis showed us homes virtually, always on the day we contacted her. She knew the housing market was hot and acted accordingly. We made 2 offers and eventually purchased a home after the last video walkthrough. She took care of the inspections for us and ensured all the repairs were completed. We will use Kandis again and highly recommend her when searching for a home to buy. Plus, she has a great sense of humor!

ZillowVERIFIED I had only 2 days to find a property in the Villages. Upon arrival, Kandis explained the inventory, price range and locations. We saw over 20 properties and I c hose one with a couple back ups, since I had the time constraints of a 1031 exchange. Kandis worked with the intermediary and sellers on the cash purchase and followed it through until completion a couple weeks later. She then coordinated with my property manager for maintenance details. She was always available with expertise and a smile.

ZillowVERIFIED Kandis was just super. She understands The Villages area very well. Had many great contacts to support us on journey. We were someone that cold called her from out of the area and she jumped and treated us just as if we were sitting in front of her with virtual tours and support. Great experience on her end.

ZillowVERIFIED Kandis is an expert in her field. From the start until closing, she kept me well informed, was enthusiastic, and coordinated with my 1031 intermediary as well as with the title company, the sellers agent and my property manager. Before we met to view properties, she had a stream of available properties on-line with photos, and a direct email link to indicate which properties met my goals. It was a totally enjoyable experience and I can only praise her skill at finding the right property, at the right price, all in one smooth package.

ZillowVERIFIED Kandis did a great job for us! When something needed to be done she was right on it. She worked for us which made us trusted her. After this was done she still helped with helping us buy a home warranty and saved us a few hundred dollars.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Kandis Buse was a good experience from beginning to end. She helped me set a realistic selling price and kept me focused when I was wavering on adjusting the asking price. We left it at the original price, which turned out to be the right move. She always responded promptly to my phone calls or emails. After the home went pending, she kept things on track toward a successful closing. I would recommend Kandis to anyone buying or selling a home in the Villages.

ZillowVERIFIED We could not have been happier with Kandis! We were looking for a buyers agent to help us as we were doing this from 1,000+ miles away. Kandis was our eyes & ears on the ground. She knows the area, is detail oriented and stayed in contact all through the process. Kandis is your go to choice for sure... Exceptional would be the one word to choose to describe her!

ZillowVERIFIED On the day of my walk-thru and closing there was a POD in the driveway, trash five foot high across the front of the house and old cabinets left in the garage.Needless to say, I was extremely unhappy and upset. Kandis took charge and by the time I returned to my new home after closing, all of trash was removed and she had money escrowed in the event there was damage to the driveway by the POD. Thank you Kandis!

ZillowVERIFIED We had the pleasure of meeting Kandis at an open house as we are thinking of selling our current home and buying another here in the villages. Kandis has been more than patient with my numerous emails to her, and always a timely response. I highly recommend her expert real estate services. I am confident that Kandis will find us our perfect (for us) new home, and have no problem selling our current one.

ZillowVERIFIED Kandis worked with us for 7 months to find our home and after 2 unsuccessful attempts we finally got it done! She jumped right on any potential properties that we identified as options and got us video and additional information that we needed to make an offer. She was with us during the whole process and at closing. We loved her and will definitely be both recommending her to others and using her again if we want to go through the home buying process again!
