She helped me find the perfect house! We looked at several however after the first two she was able to understand what I was looking for. She was very professional and went out of way to come back in the evening so my daughter could look at it also. On move-in day there was water pouring down the street and when I called her she came right over and called the previous owner. There was a problem with the septic tank which fortunately she had insisted they clean out before closing and their receipt indicated that the drain field was full. Long and short was they had to take care of it!

Josh was excellent !! My Husband and I were trying to find our dream home in Georgia while living ten hours away and was unable to spend a lot of time looking for ourselves. We told Josh what we were looking for. Josh would follow every lead that we called him with and wasted no time following back up with us to let us know his thoughts.
