Kamran helped us sell a duplex in Washington. The appraisal came low but he still managed to squeeze out some cash from the buyer and lowered his commission fee (!!!) just to make the deal go through. I remember when he helped me buy that property 4 years ago, in a hot seller's market, he also got me a sweet deal with some closing costs from the seller. Highly recommend him and his team!
