There were no family in the area and as the years went on both my parents became ill and had to be cared for in an assisted living. Since I dont live in AZ I moved them to a facility in Southern California near family. I then had to put their home up for sale. Unfortunately the timing was not perfect as it was in the middle of the COVID pandemic. I was unable to take the time to be in the area for the sale of the house. A friend of mine recommended Kalene Norman as an agent that is local to Bullhead city. Kalene proved to be the perfect agent for helping me sell my parents house. She did her homework on the comps around the area, priced the home at the right value. She was also able to help hire a cleaning crew to clean and prepare the home for photos and viewing. Within a day of being on the market, we received an offer on the home. We worked out all the paperwork online and she was always available to answer my questions when I called. The home closed within 30days without an issue or me having to travel to AZ. Working with Kalene was smooth and a pleasure. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the Bullhead/Kingman/Lake Havasu area.

ZillowVERIFIED Kalene was recommended by a friend of mine who overheard I was looking for a home in Lake Havasu. I contacted her and immediately liked her upbeat personality. She listened and documented all the needs and wants of the home I was looking for. I also explained to her it would need to be handicap friendly. Me being from out of town we worked primarily through phone calls and email and after her sending me a few listings that didn?t quite work out she nailed down what I needed. And it Wasn?t easy. After about a month we found one that was pretty close to what was needed and I trusted her enough that I actually made an offer Without physically seeing it myself. Unfortunately that one did not work out with the seller. Kayleen said I will find one. And she did. Again I made an offer without physically seeing it we did a FaceTime video and walk-through and I asked a bunch of questions. This time the seller did except our offer after some negotiation with Kayleen and the selling agent. This time I drove down and met Kayleen face-to-face for the first time in several months And was greeted with her smiling face. The house Was beautiful and was about 80% of what I was looking for. We did our walk-through made a few notes on a few things I wanted the sellers to take care of. Kayleen took care of everything from start to finish from all the paperwork escrow getting the keys for the first time it was actually easier than buying a car. Kayleen was super I highly recommend her you can trust her judgment and she will not stop till she finds the perfect house for you. AAA+++
