He knew about where we were looking and the surrounding area, and when the seller wasn't wanting to budge on some things he made it work with them to get us the house we wanted! Then I was threatened that my inheritance from my parents would be taken away if I did not buy a house before the end of the month. A house in a neighborhood with many friends came available. It was more than I could afford. I only had 3 weeks to buy a home. Kaleb went to work with the seller, loan officer and basically took care of everything. I was able to get the home I loved and at a nterest rate that made the house affordable. We closed the loan 2 days before the deadline. If you need a agent who cares about your needs, Kaleb is the guy to call.
