I'm Kaitlyn Collins, a real estate agent based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and licensed in Florida, Maryland and Delaware. I help buyers and sellers throughout St. Pete and Florida's Gulf Coast while continuing to serve Maryland's Eastern Shore and Delaware.

A full-time agent since 2017, I work with first-time homebuyers, sellers, investors, and clients purchasing waterfront homes, luxury properties and second homes. My marketing degree from Salisbury University shapes how I approach every listing: identifying what makes a property stand out, reaching the right buyers and pairing strong presentation with thoughtful pricing.

Originally from Maryland's Eastern Shore, I made my own move to St. Petersburg.
