Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in the industry alongside my parents, I knew I had to give it a try--and I never looked back! After graduating from Carroll University with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Psychology, I jumped into real estate full-time and have been helping buyers and sellers navigate the market for 6.5+ years. It's never too early to start! I meet with many people 1+ years out to make sure they are on the right path. Start finding a realtor you like & trust, I promise you, we make all the difference. Look at the agent's reviews. If they aren't asking you questions about your goals, be wary. Once you do that, we can guide you through literally all the next steps!

So many great ones to choose from. I recently helped a friend get a home and we found the home of their DREAMS! Only problem, it had 5 offers. No problem for us, I helped them craft a super creative and appealing offer that kept them protected and comfortable, and we won! After that, negotiated everything they wanted after the home inspection. Turns out, they got the home for 45k UNDER the appraised value! That's a crazy good deal. Everything went smoothly until the great MKE flooding, right before their closing day, and the basement got some water. I explained all their options & they still wanted to close and din't want to ask for anything, but I insisted we get them a credit. got them thousands off! They were thrilled and closed happily ever after!
