ZillowVERIFIED I?ve worked with Kacy 3 times so far, for both purchase and selling. Purchasing in the market today is tough as it is HIGH. Kacy looked at approximately 35-40 homes with my husband and I in a 4 month period. And did so with a smile on her face! I was NOT an easy client, but she exceeded my expectations with our latest purchase of a home! There were many instances where Kacy was in negotiations with the sellers agent about things we were going to take on that would cause additional stress to us as buyers, that she had completely taken care of.
