Kacie stuck out right away at knowing all her stats and market data and being very straightforward in what she thought we could do. I needed that confidence after the last time didn't go so well. And she exceeded my expectations. I was out of state and she handled everything in person and kept me updated. I had some issues with the renter moving out on time, delays on the buyers side and a random rock breaking a window while the mowers were cutting the grass. She handled everything with ease and confidence and the transaction went quickly and I got a great price. She was phenomenal - I highly recommend working with her team.

She gave me space when I realized I needed a few months to get some things together shortly after we had our first meeting. But when I told her that I was truly ready, she sprang into action and even gave me a subtle reassuring push when I found the house but was worried about putting in an offer. The result: less than a month after calling her to say that I was ready, I'm writing this from my new house. Having never bought a house before, I am truly thankful for the information that Amy provided. Not only did she explain things about houses that I am sure that I would have overlooked, but she provided valuable insights on pricing in a sellers market. She gave me various options on how to sweeten the offer to ensure the best chance of success but also how and what to keep in reserve for final offer/negotiation. With her guidance and work, I was able to get the first house that I put an offer on.
