Kacie was amazing with the sale of my brothers house when he passed away. It was a terrible time, but Kacie was the calm in the storm, guiding us through the process of the sale. I then hired her to represent me as a first time home buyer. I was such a wreck and so stressed out, but Kacie calmly led me through the process and showed me incredible patience with my barrage of questions and concerns. When we started our home searching journey Covid hit, but that didn't stop Kacie from doing the utmost work for us. The thought of moving is stressful enough let alone relocating across the country to a different state. UNLESS, you have Kacie as your agent. She was referred to us by our agent from another town. We were only in Las Cruces for a couple of days and needed someone to commit their time to find our new home. Kacie was perfect for us. She was quick to get the idea of what my husband and I were looking for. While we were deciding if we should get a house built, Kacie asked a lot of very good questions to the builder that we didn't even think of. She is definitely someone we could trust. When we finally decided on a new construction, she made us feel at ease during the design choices and construction phase all up to closing day. Kacie also sent us progress photos of the house. We trusted her so much we had her do our walk-through for us. She went above and beyond what was expected. She's also fun, goofy and smart; all needed throughout a stressful moving process.
