When a major issue arose with our original broker, Kacie had already developed a solution before we even knew there was a problem. Later, when an appraisal came back with a questionable report, Kacie literally climbed into our attic at 7 p.m. to double-check the inspectors work. Sure enough, the inspector was wrong and trying to take advantage yet Kacie didnt let it happen. From the inspection to the final walkthrough, Kacie or a member of her team was there in person to ensure every detail was handled.
