I can in with very little knowledge of the process, but Kaciana and her teammate Alicia did an amazing job sharing their expertise and guiding me from how to narrow down listings, what to pay attention to on walk throughs, and how to build our buyers offer to increase the odds of winning the bid. Kaci did a great job sharing realistic expectations and Alicia took the time to get to know me and by extension exactly what I needed in a house. Both were outstandingly professional, reliable and a joy to work with. I am beyond impressed with the home they were able to find within my budget, I was expecting to have to settle to make things work, but I LOVE the home I'm in and loved working with Kaciana and the great team she's built.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Kaciana about listing our lake house, and within a couple of days she was at our home meeting with us. From that very first meeting, we knew we had made the right choice. She came extremely well prepared with information, market data, and research to back up her recommended listing price and her plan for selling our home. Our house sold shortly after listing, and Kaciana took care of every detail along the way. She made the entire process incredibly smooth and kept us informed from beginning to end. Most of the time, before I even had a chance to reach out with a question, she was already contacting me with the answer or an update. Her communication was outstanding. What really stood out to us was the difference between Kaciana and the other agents we contacted. One agent didnt return our call until a week later. Another came to our meeting completely unprepared, with no market information or data, and then contacted us three days later with a suggested listing price that made it very clear very little research had been done. Kaciana was the complete opposite. She was prepared, knowledgeable, organized, responsive, and had a plan from day one and the results spoke for themselves. Kaciana is very knowledgeable and professional.At our one and only face-to-face meeting, she came very prepared. She answered all the questions I had and was ready to take care of everything. Due to the situation, I moved out of state within the next few days and left my house in Kaciana's capable hands. Within one week, she was able to get the house cleaned up and ready for the market. And as someone who just recently moved to Michigan, I didnt know much about the area we were looking in. She was such a big help on it all! When we first started looking, we hadnt yet gotten an official loan approval, so there were some real estate agents who wouldnt even give us the time of day. As I said, we had no idea about much of what we are doing, so it was a breath of fresh air when she started helping us out. We were so lucky to have gone to one of her open houses.
