ZillowVERIFIEDKaci made the home buying experience fantastic. She was always available to show houses, even on the same day that we found a place we wanted to look at. She was super easy to communicate with and even looked for us every day and would send us houses in our price range as well as features that we prioritized! Thank you Kaci!

ZillowVERIFIED Kaci is awesome! My husband and I were trying to find a place for my elderly mother. Dealing with a lot of different parameters and needs. I don't live in town, so a lot had to be packed into a weekend. I tried to keep the list small of what to look, but Kaci said, Nope! You want to see it, let's see it. Add however many you want. So we did! There was one day where we visited over 10 houses--one twice and a second one three times! She was totally flexible. Had great recommendations about the area, stuff to do, where to eat. She made the offer easy for us to do while not being in town. I could not have been blessed with a better realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Kaci worked great with us. She helped us look at a couple houses prior to us finding the one. When we found the house we wanted she was out of town and went above and beyond to ask her co worker to look at it with us. When we decided that was the one Kaci got our offer in very quickly which got us our home. She's great at communicating between all parties involved and just a nice and honest person.

ZillowVERIFIED Kaci did an outstanding job assisting me with the purchase of my home. She was very patient while I looked at over 25 houses in the area. Her knowledge of the market's geographic area and tenacity was instrumental in the final choice of my home. She was very friendly and responsive to my requests, pointing me in the direction of an extremely capable funding company. She was also very involved in all aspects of the closing. She went over and above after my purchase as well. My experience overall was exceptional with Kaci.

ZillowVERIFIED Kaci worked me across state lines. She kept in mind what I was shopping for and after several weeks of watching the listings was able to let me know that a house I was interested in had a pending offer. She already had me go through the loan qualifications, so when the house came back on the market she let me know right away. I made another trip to Klamath Falls to look the house over again, and decided to make an offer. The offer was accepted and I now have the keys to the property. Kaci is pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. She will be my choice for a real estate agent as long as I live in Klamath Falls.
