ZillowVERIFIEDI can honestly say this was the worst experience I have had with a realtor. Not only was she dishonest in her knowledge of the market in the area, she misrepresented her experience as a sellers agent. She made empty promises saying she would do everything in her power to sell my home. Instead she ended up marketing herself at open houses, marketing consisted of Facebook directing people to her personal website where my home was difficult to find. She refused to take calls during the day making text necessary. When she did reply she would address only parts and not answer direct questions. This resulted in me having to ask these questions again. And again as they were important. In response she composed a text saying my texts were making it difficult to do her job and was done so in a very unprofessional rude manner. She caused my family a lot of stress and wasted valuable time. In the end she demanded we drop our listing price 75k or she would walk. She was fired instead.

She's the agent who goes the extra mile for you. She paid for painting (old house), house inspection, two Radon tests (before and after it was installed at the new house). She arranged for a company to install a mitigation system (at a good price) and was very gracious through the entire process even though we didn't always go the route she suggested. She was always available -- if not right away, within a reasonable amount of time. Our new house inspection was on Easter Sunday (for reasons that were out of our control, to beat the deadline set out by the loan company). That day we called her twice and both times she was available to answer our questions! We strongly recommend Justyna.

She was recommended to us by a friend and we'd previously had no experience with her...she was our listing agent (we didn't use her to buy, as we rented after moving). She knew the local market and was good at positioning our home against other listings in our price range. However, what set her apart was the team she's put together. Whatever needed to be done to get top dollar for our home prior to listing..she had someone to do it or help us do it. For example, It's easy for a realtor to say "fix your fence and replace your deck boards to get top dollar for your home."...but Justyna had the ability to say "I have a guy who can do those things (and can start tomorrow)". She has a separate stager who is top-notch and knows what gets offers. Her team was able to take our very limited pre-listing "fix-up" budget and stretch it for miles. The money we put in to get our home show-ready was far outweighed by the number of interested parties we got and ultimately the price we got too. Knowledgeable and responsive realtors are everywhere, but Justyna's value is very much "who she knows" and not just "what she knows". Strongly recommend.
