And if you haven't, you may be afraid of not knowing the process well. It was our first time to purchase a house and we were scared by the process, terms, and even the crazy market. Yet, Isabella Thomas, the realtor made us forget about all concerns. Here're a few noticeable superpowers she brought to the table, which made the process even pleasant.First, she was well communicative throughout the process and kindly explained anything that we were confused about. She assured that we understood each step of the process and jumped in anytime when we needed to clarify something. Second, one of our biggest concerns was that we couldn't visit the houses on our wishlist as we were not living close to the area at the moment. She did multiple zoom calls and facetime for us to make us experience like we were visiting and it was significantly helpful for our decision making with the limited time and resources.Third, her strategy worked really well to win the deal.
