Immediately, upon contacting him, Justin began investing time with us upfront to better understand what we were looking for, and help to curate a list of only the homes that fit our needs, which was very helpful given our tight time frame (30 days) for getting under contract.Our experience with Justin was exceptional, in part, because he took time to in focusing on each home, explaining the pros and cons, working with us answering all of our questions in a timely manner and going above and beyond when it came to a property we were interested in. His background in home construction also provided valuable insight as to the varying levels of quality and potential costs. He was able to explain to us the work that might be needed and general project costs to anticipate in achieving our desired outcome. Knowing that this was important to us, Justin worked through these hypotheticals which made a huge difference when looking at homes and staying within our budget. This cant be overstated, he continued to be there for us even after we purchased our home, answering questions as they came up.
