We needed a trusted agent who could handle the sale of our home while away traveling abroad. The year before, our attempt to sell the home with a different agent, did not work out due to the logistics, communication, and other barriers of having to sell a home while away. We launched our search for a new home in Sacramento as a newly retired couple from a far less competitive market on the East Coast. Our goal was to downsize to a safe neighborhood close to our grandchildren. We were enthusiastically referred to Justin Vierra through a relative he'd represented as a buyer's agent a few years ago. We are delighted with the outcome: an attractive, affordable condo in a quiet neighborhood close to our grandkids. We found Justin to be smart, strategic, and responsive to our priorities, demonstrating excellent human interaction skills among the many players in real estate transactions. His demeanor is calm and friendly but professional, and his attitude was always positive. Justin also helped us obtain a "concierge" range of assistance including movers, cleaning service, property insurance, inspection and minor repairs. All were skilled and personable and offered reasonable rates. Signatures for volumes of paperwork were accomplished electronically, with Justin and his staff always available to answer questions or give a heads up on what to expect.
