ZillowVERIFIED Justin is a phenomenal realtor and wish that all realtors were like he is. I would recommend Justin to anyone! We got very lucky meeting Justin through the Zillow app on a property that he had available. Even though that property did not work out, Justin relentlessly charged on to help us in our quest. He is very compassionate and willing to help with any needs that may come up during the process of buying / selling a home. Somehow, Justin always is available for any questions that you have and extremely knowledgeable. Even if he is busy he gets back to you as fast as possible and his communication skills are top notch. He is not afraid to ask questions or entertain ideas as long as they are in the best interest of his client. Justin takes all the "pain" out of the process as he does all the hard work, goes above and beyond, and makes sure the paperwork gets completed. 5 STARS!

ZillowVERIFIED Justin was really nice and friendly. As we were looking at the house that I went with he also let me know that there was a house that sold recently that was in about the same condition that sold for a lot more than the house we looking at right now, which helped me determine if the price was good. Any time I had a question I was able to just contact him and would get a response that both answered the question and would usually also answer any follow up questions that I could think up. With the place that I ended up going with we originally had a late occupancy set up which pushed back when I was going to get the keys which he informed me of and kept me up to date on when that changed back to getting the keys on the closing date, and he also gave me the information on what I needed to do for the changing of utilities, which helped me out a lot as it made it to where I didn't have to go and look for it all by myself.
