ZillowVERIFIED This is one of those rare firms that 5 Stars does not do justice in review. Simply put, the Justin Udy Team and my team agents, Brandon McBride and Demi Lucero, exceeded expectations in every regard. I know I will be referring them to whoever inquires, and highly recommend that you do the same. Their services were personal, prompt and professional. Kinda makes me wish I had another house - i would sell it with them in a heartbeat. Thanks, Justin Udy!

ZillowVERIFIED They were absolutely amazing to work with. My home selling process went very fast. They were great in communicating with me and very professional. My home sold in 6 days which they assured me it would sell fast but I did not think it would that fast. Every time they said they would do something they followed through. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is selling or buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin and team are amazing. My property was a bit of a challenge because it is/was unique to the area. Given the opportunity Justin would have been able to negotiate more money for my property, however we took the deal presented because we were in a time crunch. Justin showed above average integrity and has earned my business in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Out of my three experiences in purchasing a home this has been the best one. My agent was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive through each step of the process. The other team members that helped out were also great to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Leah and the Justin Udy team in buying a house from another state, which seemed like such a daunting process when we started. However, they spent so much time doing research, negotiations, and scheduling visits for us when we were in town, even touring properties "virtually" for us when we weren't in town, that it was actually easy. Within a week of searching we found the perfect house for our family. We thought it was going to take months and months. Only with their help were we able to find the house, negotiate the right terms, and close quickly, all from another state. There's no way we could have done it without them. I would recommend the Justin Udy team to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED After being turned down MULTIPLE times from other agencies, Justin Udys team came to my aid. From getting myself and my brother approved, to selling my old house, everything was very smooth. Realtors were easy to contact at anytime and were always so helpful and friendly with any questions we had (no matter how annoying we were). I will recommend everyone and anyone to these guys and I will use them for my future home (s).

ZillowVERIFIED I called Justin's office off a radio ad for a second opinion on selling an investment property. I agreed to come in for 15 minutes thinking it would probably just be a sales pitch. I could not have been happier with the result. Justin (not an agent of his) sat down with me and went thru every number, every option and not only showed me a way that I could buy a new home for my family but how I could keep my investment property to do it. The meeting was over 2 hours and I left feeling elated about our options. He then set us up with his agent Lindsey Tripp (who is equally as awesome) and we had our dream home under contract the next day. Now I have a house I love and an investment to help protect my family. I will only go to Justin Udy for any property I ever buy in the future. They are that good.

ZillowVERIFIED My friend referred me to the Justin Udy team because I was new to the area and her family had used them and was very happy. I called and signed with Nicole Tibbetts that very day. She was very friendly, professional and on top of things. I found a condo and just closed on it this past Tuesday. My experience with the Justin Udy team was nothing short of great! I would recommend them to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED They were knowledgable, reliable, and kept us up to speed. Our process did not go as quickly as we had hoped but it was not due to our team at Justin Udy. In fact they were the only ones that really pushed the lending company to move things along and to keep us in the loop. They always responded quickly any time I had questions, they knew exactly what they were talking about and got us a great deal. I would definitely use them again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I was new to the area and the state. Leah made a tough and stressful situation (I was living out of a hotel away from family until I could find a house) much less so by being the best professional and informed buyers agent I needed:)! She will take the time you need but waste it, as well as communicate effectively and timely with (in my case my husband back at home) and any and all parties involved in trasactions.

ZillowVERIFIED Lindsay gets a 5 star! Most impressed with: She always answered her phone or called me immediately back to all my silly questions. Her presentation at Listing was well informed to my area. When it came to the bidding was she held on tight to get the best price for me. Thanks so much for such a great experience.

ZillowVERIFIED He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a very extensive amount of research on the market and the area I was looking to buy in, and knew all the surrounding values of the homes. He also was very responsive with all of our questions and concerns. I would say Elario does his diligence and brings a professional service that is catered to what you need.

ZillowVERIFIED I absolutely appreciate everything Elario did for us. We were first time buyers and he was a fountain of knowledge and had so much patience. We have recommended him to several friends who have also enjoyed their experience in purchasing homes with him as their realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Our family had a limited time period for purchasing a new home, and we were working with Justin from another state. He and his team were responsive and on the ball about finding houses as soon as they appeared on the market. We appreciated their daily listings emails. We had one weekend we were able to fly out to look at houses. Justin took a full day to take us around to as many houses as we wanted to see. Ultimately, we purchased a house that we saw that day. He was great with suggestions on what to offer and negotiations throughout the offer/counter/acceptance process. We are extremely happy with the deal we ended up with thanks to his help. He has continued to be helpful past the time of purchase with various questions and matters that have come up. Justin is extremely knowledgeable about the market and home values in the Salt Lake area.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin Udy and his team are the best real estate agents in town. Everyone I dealt with was so knowledgable and professional in both buying my home and selling my home. I was inexperienced and needed a lot of help and advice. I could not have been happier with the way Justin and his team treated me and helped me through the process. I will call them for sure when I am ready to buy another house.

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I have worked with Justin and his team on just under ten houses now. He had helped us find the right homes time and time again. In this lates round, they helped us sell our home quickly at a great price. Justin and his team are awesome! I have a lot of friends who are also realtors and it drives them crazy that I call Justin instead of them. But it is hard to beat the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Brittni and Justin Udy are awesome. They put a lot of effort into making sure we found the house that we wanted for the right price. We looked at a handful of homes and once we found the one we loved they worked their tails off to get us the house we wanted. We are very satisfied with them and their team of associates.

ZillowVERIFIED If every agent could be like Justin Udy's team, I don't think people would have such a headache housing hunting and buying a house. Always responsive, taking care of my wife and I in our searches. Not to mention always being on top of their game when It came to delivering our side of the deals, we were ALWAYS waiting on the other agent. I would recommend this team to anyone, I already have!

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Josh (from Justin's team) to purchase my first house. He was quick to learn what kind of property I was interested in. I would say that every part of the process was efficient. I would certainly work with him in the future and recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED I moved to Utah from Arizona in December and the Justin Udy team was with me every step of the way. I spoke with them before leaving AZ and met with them once in UT in October before I arrived. Brandon even looked at a house for me before I was able to get here to look at it myself! They had great expertise and tactics to get me into the right home as timely as possible even with a competitive market where I was looking. Brandon was honest and not afraid to give me his true opinion which I greatly appreciated.I look forward to working with them again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED I had a fantastic experience with Elario Serrano, an associate of Justin Udy. This experience was consistent with the great experience I had buying my first home with Justin. Elario helped us find a home and navigate the buying process and I was extremely impressed with how he handled negotiations when the appraisal for the home came in low. He is very knowledgeable, relatable, flexible and skilled and we were more than satisfied with the whole experience. A great realtor and I have already recommended him to others.
