ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Justin on three real estate transactions in Fishers. We were out of the country or in different states for all of them. Justin is incredibly knowledgeable of the market and responsive to our questions. His team is also terrific and took care of all the fine details of selling our home (advice on staging, pictures, listing etc.). I highly recommend Justin and his team for all your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin couldnt have been more responsive, insightful, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. As a first-time home buyer, I had a great deal of questions, and he invested the time to make sure everything was done carefully and correctly. Do yourself a favor and work with one of the best. You wont regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin, and everyone on his team, were fantastic! We loved the online tool Justin gave us to get up-to-the-day current listings for our house search. Since we were doing a long distance move, reviewing homes online was essential. We also set up weekly phone calls with Justin to discuss the homes currently available and any other relevant information. Once we sold our current house, we traveled to the new location to review possibilities. Justin and a person from his staff, Katelyn, set up and took us to multiple house showings. We reviewed 6 homes over an afternoon and the next day before choosing our new home. Through the entire process from house selection to house close, Justin and Katelyn answered all of our questions promptly. In our opinion, their responsiveness is their greatest skill and we cannot thank them enough for all of their efforts! We would enthusiastically recommend them to all potential clients!

ZillowVERIFIED There is a reason Justin sells so many homes. He had a custom sales plan prepared before we signed anything. Every detail from price to advertising, social media, amazing photos were all taken care of. Justin is by far the hardest working and prepared sellers agent I have done business with. Justin is generous, compassionate, and well dressed. A huge thank you to Justin and Katelyn for everything and for bringing this deal to closing so soon.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin and his team have been so helpful every time we have needed to buy or sell a property. We have known and used Justin several times. When my wife and I decided to build a new home, we had two to sell. This one was vacant at the time and Justin and his team helped us arrange staging and had great recommendations for contractors to help us get a few repairs done. When the contractors we had called on our own were scheduling several weeks or a month out, Justin knew just who to call and had someone out the very next day!! They have gone above and beyond to make sure every detail has been easy for us and professionally handled. Working with Homes With Steill has been a great experience from beginning to end!

ZillowVERIFIED I can honestly say we wouldnt have ended up in the house we did without Justin as our agent. He took the time to listen and understand what we were looking for and found the perfect home before it was officially listed. Had we worked with a different agent we would have missed the house we love.

ZillowVERIFIED If there is a better agent in the Indianapolis metropolitan area then I would like to meet that individual. Justin came highly referred to us as we were deciding whether or not to sell or home. He met with us and provided a thorough presentation with details to allow us to make an informed decision on listing our property. He didnt pressure us to list. When the time came to list he was more than willing to listen to our thoughts and goals with respect to the desired list price and ultimately the final sale price. He helped us immensely with any issues that arose with either our listed home or the home we desired to purchase. If there were any problems present he went above and beyond expectations to make sure they were fixed and we were satisfied. I cant stress enough how highly I would recommend him to help you in this process.

ZillowVERIFIED I moved to the area with very little time to locate a home and relocate my family. I had narrowed it down through research on the internet as to where I wanted to live (approximately) and the amenities that I desired but that was it. On extremely short notice, Justin and his team put together a list of homes for me that we could look at and in short, he hit the mark. That said, he was fluid with the viewings, extremely clear and concise with his communication and went out of his way for me so that I could close on time. There were times where we didnt even get out of the house as he just knew it wasnt what I was looking for in a house. In summary, the phrase Going above & beyond is an understatement for Justin and team...A++++++!

ZillowVERIFIED Justin sold my $500K home for me. He helped determine a fair price which ended up being right on... We didnt get it sold immediately (that would be an indication of too low of a price) but it DID sell within 3 months (which is good for this value of unique home). His team was definitely on top of things and his advice regarding the process was spot on.
