ZillowVERIFIED Accessible, diligent, pleasant, highly competent -- these are a few suitable adjectives for Justin Schwirtz. On at least 3 occasions, I texted Justin about a house that was posted on a real estate website (e.g. Zillow), and within a couple of hours, he was calling me or video chatting me from the house that I had been asking him about (sometimes in the knee-deep snow). I was thoroughly impressed with his intimate knowledge of the process of home buying, which, as first-time home buyers was essential for my wife and I. He explained each step and, when asked, offered his very balanced opinion on the directions that we could take. It also helps that Justin is an aficionado of the Rochester real estate market. His personal ties to the area make him highly knowledgeable about the pros and cons of different neighborhoods and also allow him to communicate effectively with other agents in the area. We got our dream house, and I am sure that we would not have been able to do that in this crazy competitive market without Justin's guidance and commitment. While we were able to buy our home before the COVID pandemic, I would absolutely trust Justin to get the job done had we been home shopping during the pandemic. Our experience with Justin was perfect. We intend to work with him again when we sell.

He was the realtor that was stuck with me as I called to explore the possibility of purchasing a first home. Fast forward many years and he's helped me purchase that first home, sell that house and move away for a period of years. Then he was the first person I contacted when my wife and I decided to move back to Rochester. He seamlessly helped us purchase another house on our very short relocation timeline. Since I've known Justin for many years I've been able to see him as a clean shaven professional and now, as a distinguished bearded realtor guru. Comparatively, Justin seemed more open to answering any questions I had, even if they sounded a bit basic or fundamental to myself. He attempted to explain as opposed to the other two I spoke with; the other two seemed to lean towards the "just trust me" attitude. We were not from Minnesota. Therefore, we needed a bit more from an agent than other smight. For example, Justin showed us houses over a whole weekend to accommodate our busy schedule. I would recommend Justin for any residential purchase in Rochester.

Justin and Adam were both up north on a family vacation and responded to our inquiries early Saturday morning. By Sunday they had us viewing homes, this would be just the beginning of their amazing customer service. We viewed many homes in the 2 months of searching. Labor Day we wanted to view what we thought was the "one", turns out we were there for only 5 minutes. But wait Adam said, I think I have one you should see, the rest is history.
