No Justin Roger's did not sell my home, the contract came about because I was tired of running back and forth to show my home. One of the potential buyers decided they wanted the hse about 6-7 days after seeing it and afterJustin wrote the contract, he stated he couldn't cancel the contract, but placed a hold and no show on it u til the 10mo date was up. I sold my own hse FSBO, the person that purchased it came through with her offer, after seeing the hse shown by her real-estate agent and myself, again after Justin written the contract, I didn't think she Initially wanted it. I'd offered Justin compensation for the pics his sister took, but he failed to respond, instead he wanted to cause trouble because he didn't have the opportunity to make the 3% for a sell, so him or his broker THREATEN to cause legal trouble because he wanted compensation; he couldn't justify why he should've been compensated for the 3%, but I needed to seek medical so I allowed it as is, normally I'm a fighter and would have allowed my attorney to take it to court, I didn't need the sell of this house to eat, but more for my grandchildren graduating both high and junior high school. I feel/felt Justin was so hard up for money with a large family of 6 and the recent passing of his mother'n law, he really needed it, in my opinion, but this was not the way to go about getting money for taking and posting pics. I feel he robbed me of 3% of the selling price of my hse, taking the money away from my graduating grandchildren, and stupid me allowed it, but actually, kind me allowed it, tired me allowed it,, but that's okay, my kindness has allowed a lot of stupid stuff in the past; Justin could have easily come to me, but instead he threatened legal action, him or his broker (he claimed it was his broker unbeknownst to him), (YEAH RIGHT PASS THE BUCK IF YOU WILL) so, no he deserves a. -0-0. Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to review this man.
