ReviewI was down to the last 2 days of identifying my 1031 properties. If I didnt find something that fit the parameters, I was going to get hit with a $100k tax bill the following year. Even my Dad said aEURoeimpossible youre going to find something on such short noticeaEUR?. Armin made it happen. We got a strong offer put together that was accepted the same evening. He guided me through the whole process and was quick to respond to every question I had. I'm now standing in my first investment property and it wont be the last!

Review Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task.. Chris was very professional as well as personalaEUR|my stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. Chris is not only a fantastic realtor, but he is also an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see Chris moved fast as houses were flying off the market. He negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair. Chris and his team are amazing and I would highly recommend the REED TEAM to anyone looking to purchase a home, you wont regret it.

Review If he doesnt know something hell dig and research till he does. Whats nice is that he is genuine. He has a family that he works hard for and knows all the core values that go along with it. Hes down to earth and so easy to talk to and to relate to. Hes not a $$ chaser, hes about people and taking care of you because he actually cares at that level! Call him and stick with him, he will search High and low for you. Just be nice, too because we know he deserves it!!!!

Review I am extremely disappointed with Ryan Lebberts lack of professionalism, communication, and customer service. I drove up from SoCal with my family and arranged my schedule for this appointment. Please do not waste your time with this agent. I was set up with Ryan Lebbert through Trulia. He and I spoke and scheduled a home tour. I specifically told him we were traveling up from SoCal. Before we got off the phone he stated he would follow-up and leave his contact information for me. I never heard back from him. So, I emailed him at the contact Trulia gave me to confirm the tour and had questions regarding the home as well as a couple other properties. He never responded. We arrived at our appointment and Ryan was a no-call, no-show. I called him at the contact TRULIA gave me and there was no answering service set up. I then called the number he called me from and asked if we were still on for the appointment and he said he was trying to figure out how to get an approval letter to the listing agent. I asked him why we needed one to view the home and why he was asking me now. Then I asked if he was going to show us the property soon as my family and I were there waiting. He said it was going to be his lead Justin Reed and had to contact him. He said I will call you back and I didn't hear from him. I called back 10 minutes later, at this point it was already 25mins passed out appointment. I called him back 3 times and both his numbers werent set up for messaging. So, I called the listing agent and was able to speak with her. I would not recommend this agent and he is representing eXp realty and Reed realty.

Review Where to start? Being a first time homebuyer, my fiancA(C) and I were nervous, scared and lost when it came to even thinking about the process of buying a house...but then we met Justin. I first reached out to Justin about two months before we ended up talking again and I explained to him I had no knowledge of home buying process. He totally understood and broke down everything into simple terms and the whole time he answered any of my questions without hesitation. We started our home buying journey once we met up for the first time and made an offer on a house. He gave us honest feedback which made choosing our home an easy decision. From there, we went into escrow and up until the day we finally received our keys, Justin was always available and kept us updated every single day. He looked out for us and wanted the best possible deal for us and that alone showed his character. Again, I knew nothing about buying a house but because of Justin, I learned so much and can now explain the basics to anyone who was like us. I wouldnt have had any other realtor and look forward to meeting and talking about future investments with Justin and his team. Great realtor! More important a great person!

Review I first met Justin when we had our home listed FSBO. Unlike most other agents when dealing with a FSBO his attitude was always courteous and professional. For that reason when we decided to list another home he was the one we called to list. Then when we were ready to buy and move he was the one we had help us find and buy the right home and we were do glad we did. Whenever a home popped up on the market he was always quick and ready to jump on arranging a showing or setting up an appointment for us. We saw homes almost always on the same day they hit the market or the day we asked about them. When showing us homes it was always about finding us the right home at the right price and the best value for our $$$ rather than just closing a sale. When we did find the right home he wasted no time in submitting our offer and looking out for our best interest as well as staying on top of everything to close smoothly and with a good end result and it all turned out to be a blessing. Now we are getting ready to list our rental property with him.

Review Justin Reed went above and beyond selling our home. We had just had a baby and our lives we extremely busy. Justin would come over and do yard maintence and other projects around our home to help us out during the selling process. Our home sold in just 3 days after putting it on the market with mutilple offers. Justin made the whole process so easy for us I couldn't have asked for anything more. I could call Justin at 6 in the morning or 6 at night and he would always answer and was happy to help. I would recommend Justin to anyone who wants an ambitious realtor to sell their home.

Review Justin was a big help in my finding the right house for me. He spent several hours, on multiple days, showing me homes. He even met with me very late on a Sunday night, because it met my schedule. He gave up time with his family that night, so I could see a new listing.
