ZillowVERIFIED Justin was the best part of our recent experience buying an investment property in Bowling Green. He was extremely responsive throughout the process and always was very quick to get us any info we needed. He helped us negotiate the price down as well as getting every single item we wanted repaired prior to closing approved and fixed by the seller. He also stayed on top of our lender we were working with that was far from what we had hoped for. We will look to build our portfolio in the future and Justin will definitely be the only realtor we use from now on.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin was such a great person to work with, not only on our purchase, but our sale! He would respond timely to all our texts & crazy questions, and always treated us with respect (and like we were asking crazy questions). He delegated to his team, when necessary, & they were all just as nice to work with (Krystal & Whitley). At the end of it all, we not only gained an ally for our real estate transactions, but a friend! Thank you Justin for helping us make our dream a reality!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Justin is absolutely amazing. As first time home buyers he never made my husband and I feel stupid; always answered any questions we had and any time of day or night but also explained all outcomes very throughly. His communication is excellent and hes always on top of things. I genuinely know he has his best interest at heart. Very trustworthy and has a passion for his job. I will keep recommending him for years to come. Thank you for making our home buying experience so easy and enjoyable!

ZillowVERIFIED Justin was immediately in contact with us when we began our new home search. He continued communication, asked what our preferences were in finding a home and offered those that met our criteria. All our communication was initially by phone and email. He made himself available at all times, was professional and exceptionally personable. We are out of state and scheduled an appointment to look at the homes he assisted us in wanting to see. We found our home the first day we met Justin (one he had determined met our needs and wishes), made an offer and now own a beautiful home. Justin was with us every step of the way and went above and beyond expectations. I have never had this type of treatment and consideration from any other realtor I have dealt with. Choosing Justin for your real estate needs would be wise and rewarding.
