I'm Justin Nelson, a Managing Broker with John L. Scott's Bellingham Office, proudly serving clients since 2013. With a client-first, relationship-driven approach, I focus on delivering exceptional service through strong communication, skilled negotiation, and a deep commitment to the local community.

My background in builder sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship provides a strong foundation for guiding clients through a wide range of residential real estate needs•from listings and luxury properties to new construction and buyer representation. As both a Listings Specialist and Buyer Specialist, I bring a balanced perspective and comprehensive market knowledge to every transaction.

Community involvement is at the heart of who I am. I currently serve as Bellingham High School PTSA President, sit on the Sunnyland Neighborhood Association Board, and previously coached youth soccer. These roles keep me connected to the people and neighborhoods that make Bellingham such a vibrant place to live.

I love helping clients discover what makes this area special. Some of my favorite local activities include running, biking, snow skiing, exploring Whatcom Falls Park, walking the Historic Fairhaven District, and enjoying our waterfront trails. I also frequently recommend local favorites like Kulshan Brewing, Starla's Pizza, and the Avenue Bread James Street Cafe.

When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active, exploring new places, supporting local arts and music, and giving back through volunteer work.
