ZillowVERIFIEDJustin sold our home for us December 2019 and helped us purchase a home January 2020. We had a vacation planned before decision to sell and were out of town for the closing of our home sale. We were nervous about it at the time but Justin assured us we could still leave town and house would close as planned. The whole process went smooth. He updated us during and after closing while we were out of town. He is also great at pulling comparison properties for selling and buying to ensure the asking price is just right. He is very knowledgeable about negotiations and all the paperwork involved with selling and buying. He also was always able to answer any questions we had with detail.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were looking for our retirement home in Wisconsin. We were fortunate enough to have Justin Mueller as our realtor as helped us find the perfect home that matched exactly what we were looking for. Justin was excellent to work with throughout the entire process. What impressed us most about Justin was his approach to working with us. First, he took the time to ask the right questions and he listened to what was important to us and what we were looking for in our new home. Second, after really understanding what we were looking for he put his extensive knowledge of the Wisconsin area to work and showed us a variety of homes to help us better understand the Wisconsin area. He is also very honest and will not hesitate to tell you if he thinks the home is not right for you and why, which we really appreciated. When it came down to the home inspection and closing process, he was with us the whole time and guided us through that part of the process. If you are looking for a home in Wisconsin, we would highly recommend you give Justin a call. We are sure you will be very pleased with his approach and knowledge of the real estate market in Wisconsin and will help you find a home that is right for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin sold 2 homes for me & I highly recommend him. He is responsive and a knowledgeable advisor. He also has many connections in the area and went above & beyond the call of duty on so many occasions, setting me up with tradespeople when needed & even finding a home for my renters. Since I live in Chicago, having a reliable & ethical representative like Justin on my side made everything so much easier. Thumbs up!

ZillowVERIFIED If you are buying/selling a home Justin is the guy you want on your side. He uses modern techniques to buy/sell. He listed my house and after 2 days we had 3 offers on the table. He understands what people want and works with you to get it. I met with 3 realtors and he was the last one I met with. Once we started talking I knew he was my best option and I am glad I picked him. Thanks again for all of your help!

ZillowVERIFIED Justin helped us sell our home of over 18 years. He was very knowledgeable and used many avenues to make it happen. While some realtors in the area are stuck in the past relying on newspapers and open houses, Justin utilizes social media and other tools that really seemed to get the job done. He was always available for questions and easily accessible. We highly recommend him to everyone we know!

ZillowVERIFIED A few words to describe Justin - HONEST, TRUST WORTHY, AND DEPENDABLE!!Justin helped us purchase our 1st home in 2014 - we were first time home buyers at this time and very nervous about the entire process of purchasing a home. Justin made the process extremely easy - he was always available to answer questions, he was flexible to accommodate our busy schedules for showing us properties and getting all our paperwork signed. We sold our home in 2016 and Justin recently helped us purchase land to build our dream home. Purchasing a vacant piece of property was a completely different experience than buying a home - but again, Justin was always there to answer questions we had. He did a lot of research on his own and with us in the office prior to purchasing the land. I can not thank Justin for all his help and knowledge over the past couple of years. He made our dream come true!! THANK YOUI would highly recommend Justin if you are thinking of buying or selling real estate!!

ZillowVERIFIED Justin was a very informative Realtor. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He helped us throughout the selling and buying process, selling our home within 4 days! Although we weren't expecting it to sell that fast we were great full it did. Thanks to the marketing that Justin did to get it out there was the reason it moved so fast. When we were looking for a home he payed special attention to all of our needs and quickly found a new home shortly after selling our old one. Throughout these life changing process he was always easy to get a hold of and was very informative on the whole entire process. Couldn't express my happiness enough a true professional!

ZillowVERIFIED Justin is a friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and hardworking realtor. This was the first time I had sold a home and Justin gave me clear and helpful guidance as he patiently walked me through each step of the selling process. I felt free to bring up any concern or to ask any question and was always given a complete and honest response. Throughout the selling process, Justin kept what was in my best interest foremost in his mind. He was very accessible, easy to reach by phone, text, or email and responded to calls within a few hours. Being a teacher myself, one day, I mentioned to Justin how much he had taught me and suggested that if he ever wanted a career change he would make a great teacher. He responded that in fact the biggest part of his job is problem solving. How true! Perhaps the greatest compliment I have for Justin is to praise him for how he handled each situation, no matter how big or small, with calm, thoughtful reflection. He has a remarkable ability to bring even minor problems to a fair and satisfying resolution.

ZillowVERIFIED We hired Justin to handle the sale of our home by first interviewing a number of agents. He provided the best approach to sell in our opinion. This was over 1 year before we went on the market. As an older couple, he handled our questions and information needs in an expert way. Each step he kept us informed as well as encouraging us during weeks without a showing. But he sold the house within our time frame. Since were moving out of Wisconsin he handled the closing for us as well as depositing the check so it would not have to be mailed. We were extremely pleased with all his work.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin Mueller was the ultimate professional when negotiating our initial price and eventually selling the property very close to the price he originally stated and we as sellers agreed upon. Justin's initial presentation and marketing strategy far exceeded other realtors I had worked with and he displayed his knowledge of realty and the targeted area he was selling in. One of the areas that truly stood out is Justin's follow-through and communication through the entire process. He would phone, email, and send regular market trending reports with descriptive detail that helps a homeowner determine what potential buyers are saying when viewing your property. The closing of the property took all of 15 minutes as documents were reviewed and prepared in advance. I would highly recommend Justin Mueller as your realty professional.Gerry
