If the agent is too passive, he/she will never find you a house. If the agent is too aggressive, he/she will make you pay over the price. He took us around the city to look at all of the houses we were interested in, and even told us about a new housing development, where we ultimately found our new home. There were some hiccups along the way, in regards to the builders and our closing date, but Justin was a very persistent communicator for us. Justin was a tremendous help before we arrived in AZ, walking through properties while Skyping/Facetime so we could see every detail. He followed up with owners with our questions, and was ALWAYS very timely with communications. We visited Tucson with a list of homes to see. He cleared his schedule to accommodate our limited time frame. Being a Tucson native, he has a wealth of local knowledge - much appreciated being new to AZ and it's desert lifestyle. We have bought and sold many homes and found the contractual process very easy because of Justin's clear explanations and attention to detail. ZillowVERIFIED I have known Justin on a personal level for years. We had never really had much communication professionally, but that changed recently. I had the pleasure of getting in contact with Justin and discussing working together professionally. I have worked in the Escrow and Title Insurance business for years, so I get the privilege of working with many great realtors. Recently when considering to list a rental home I owned, I thought of working with Justin. My interactions with him had been great and I was impressed with his level of professionalism. When I brought up the idea of listing my home to Justin, he jumped into action to identify a price range he thought the home could sell for (not seeing the actual property at that point). I hired Justin to list the home. However before it was listed, we came up with a game plan to do some repairs and upgrades to the home in an effort to get top listing price. I was really impressed to see Justin make arrangements with vendors on his own, and even meet them at the property to discuss what was needed (without me even being there, which I was thrilled for). After I had the work completed, we listed the home for $5k over what Justin thought it could sell for at my request. In the end, I accepted an offer of exactly the amount Justin said it would sell for, which was $5k under my original list. Oh and we got an offer in a couple days, that was a bonus. The point is, Justin knows what he is doing. In the end, my wife and I were super happy with Justin's service. We also benefitted from his relationships with vendors which brought extra value to us. If you are looking to buy or sell a home or property, call Justin. I would highly recommend it to everyone.
