ZillowVERIFIED From the intial phone call with Justin, and throughout the whole process, Justin was a consummate professional. His knowledge and expertise, helped me through the transition from my "want list" to viewings, making an offer, listing my house for sale, receiving an offer, and then all the documentation and communications through to closing on both houses the same day, all while keeping in constant communication. And all of this within a matter of days. I started out with a list of 18 houses I wanted to see, but as time went on, they were flying off the market, "pending", like crazy. We spent 2 days viewing about 5 houses a day (10 left of my initial 18), and I found the house of my choosing, made an offer, which was accepted the next day, then we put my current house on the market Saturday, July 4th, and by Monday, the 6th, I had had 3 viewings, and 2 offers, one of which I accepted. So, approximately 6 days, and then the closing process of about a month, was all it took for me, with the expert process of Justin Landwehr and his assistant Katie Yaklich.
