There is so much I want to say about our realtor Roy Pankey.We live in Florida and recently purchased a condo in Midtown (Atlanta). When we found Roy, and met with him through Zoom, we immediately felt at ease with him. He explained the entire process very well (through a well put together PowerPoint presentation) and was very open and honest with us. We told him what our needs and wants were and before you knew it, he sent us several great listings and he was always available whenever we needed him or had questions/concerns. Weve purchased several properties in the past and had some great realtors, but honestly, weve never been so well-informed by a realtor before. Roy is organized, very knowledgeable, and a true professional. We are so happy with our purchase!
