Overall I am disappointed in Macks service. When we first spoke on the phone he was addressing me and holding other conversations in-person. People have their own lives so I moved past it. Then we agree to meet in person, and Mack texts me 45 minutes before we were scheduled to meet and asks to push the time we were going to tour a home. I agree and push 30-minutes to which Mack then shared he is again going to be late. I tour the house on my own (he gave me the lock box code), and when he finally arrives he offers to collect information on the property for me that day. I have been following up with Mack for details he said he would provide me for a few days and am confused why I have to chase him. In between Macks inconsistent contact and delays the home is now has a pending sale.

This was my second time going through this process so I had a little knowledge base. However he was well verse on anything I asked him regarding this process of buy a house, If he didn?t have the information he would go search for it and come back with the right answer for me. He always answer my calls most of the time except when he is in a meeting he would call me back in a timely fashion whenever I need. He is patient, kind, well mannered individual.
