Working with Justin was a wonderful experience from start to finish. When we first met at the property, he already had assessed the home and was offering useful and practical ideas for approaching the listing.It was clear to me that he was serious, experienced, and committed to helping me with the process. By the time we ended the first meeting, I had a clear understanding of my options, as well as a strategy that would work for selling the home quickly, and generating serious offers.In the end, we listed the home on a Friday, and by the following Monday we had over 40 showings, and 19 offers. From there, Justin helped me understand the nuances of each offer, in order for me to make the decision that was best for my situation.
