I have a passion for Real Estate and love helping my clients find the home of their dreams or sell their homes for the most amount of money! With over 500 homes sold the past 8 years and being ranked the #63 Agent in California by the Wall Street Journal, I pride myself on my negotiation skills and strive to get the best possible deal, or the most amount of money for my clients house.

I graduated from CSU Sacramento in 2003 with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance. I started my real estate career in 2004 on the Lending side of the business and focused on helping First Time Buyers finance their home. I was always helping my agents structure their offers to make our buyers financing work.

I married my beautiful wife in 2006 and opened my own branch of a mortgage brokerage in 2007. Shortly after I was in a major accident and had multiple surgeries to fix my hip, knee and wrist. Due to the massive amount of rehabilitation required I shut down my Mortgage Business in 2008 while I recovered. I got into the selling side of Real Estate in 2009 because I wanted to be able to get out of the office and have enjoy our beautiful country side.

I specialize and focus my business on working with Buyers and Sellers. Having a background in the mortgage industry has helped me tremendously with being able to give my clients accurate advice about the properties they are looking at and offers they accept. I make sure my clients are not looking at properties that don't work with their type of financing. I have an almost perfect success rate in getting my clients closing cost credits to help cover their closing costs. My knowledge of USDA, VA and FHA loans give me an edge when negotiating offers for my clients using these loan programs. I pride myself on my negotiation skills and strive to get the best possible deal for my clients. I make myself available 24/7 to my clients and I'm dedicated to getting my clients into every house possible as soon as they hit the market. With a background in Flipping homes, I can also help position your home to get top dollar and multiple offers.
