ZillowVERIFIED Sad to say but Justin was not reliable, his knowledge of area was good but otherwise he was just out to make the sale regardless of the repercussions. Make sure you document everything he says and hold him accountable to it. He either made a unbelievably large mistake or intentionally disregarded standard relator's processes to make a sale that benifited himself at the expense of the client. Negotiation was nonexistent and he failed to communicate in a timely manor when ever it suited him.

After the lease was over Justin reviewed the house to recommend improvements and later met me at the house to review recommendations and help set the price based on comparable in the neighborhood. Justin and his associates aggressively marketed the house and even contacted several potential buyers following up on their interest after they saw the property. His were the most professional and attractive ones so my husband and I called and asked to sit with him to see if he was going to be the right fit. We were selling and buying back to back and wanted someone who was knowledgable about our area but most of all someone who was available! We wanted someone who wanted to work as hard as we did at selling out home and helping us find our new home! He was professional and friendly. He wasn't pushy and gave us advice and did a very good job of "holding our hand" though the whole experience. We sold our house after MANY offers on the 5th day on market! Justin showed us all the comps and let us make all the decisions without making us feel lost or uneducated. He also has an amazing team, Julia, who supported us as well.
