I cant say enough good things about working with Chad and JustinaEUR"and especially about the way they used the non-distressed auction process to sell properties. Instead of just listing the property and waiting, or suggesting a price drop when things got quiet, they brought a completely different strategy to the table. Having the additional tool of auction provides structure, a deadline, and a real sense of urgency for buyers. Chad and Justin have taken many properties over where a traditional agent had really made a mess. They were able to revitalize it through the auction process and protect the sellers by getting result that were higher than even the previous list price.
