I initially contacted several realtors before we were ready to sell, just to see what the process would look like since we were in probate. Justin reached out and let me know he was available to answer any questions I had and that he'd be ready to move forward if and when I decided I was ready (he also assured that I had no obligation to work with him even though he answered the questions I had) and laid out what the process would look like if we chose to move forward with him.
