Zachary was a pleasure to work with, we had a hard time with local realtors, selling our vacant land, Zachary went over and beyond knowing we were holding onto this land for a while he aggressively reached out to other avenues for the property to be noticed! **Update** So still waiting on the money I'm owed, aEURoethe check is in the mailaEUR? three different times, all documented, then other issues why it really wasnt in the mail. Then when you call them out on it they insult you and personally attack you. If youre a veteran recommendation stay away they were making mistake after mistake during the deal with one of the top veteran lenders, false promises, insults, personal attacks. If you do not like getting followed up with by email, text, or phone calls, then this is the agency for you. If you want to be told verbally youre closing on one day but because they dont file an amendment so the buyers are closing on the original contract date, then this is the agency for you. If problems arise and you do not want agents that do not follow up with you about them, then this is the agency for you. If you want to be completely ignored by one of your agents because you hold him accountable, then this is the agent for you. If you want insulted by your agent because they only give you five minutes of their time right before closing, then this is the agent for you. If you dont want them to make sure you get paid and things go smoothly, then this is the agent for you. If you are a Veteran and want to be disrespected and the agents not sensitive to a Veterans needs, then this is the agency for you. I have bought and built many homes in my life and this agency made my experience more stressful then it needed to be, more difficult then it needed it to be, made the job of my lender more difficult then it needed to be. Needless to say, my experience has not been great, probably worse in my life dealing with realtors. Hopefully you have better luck if you chose this company.
