We had some plumbing issues that came up last minute and Justin went above & beyond on getting quotes, advice based on his own prior experiences with similar repairs, and pulling together documentation for an insurance claim that would typically not be in the scope of an agent's duties. He also negotiated the with the buyer to waive the home inspection to facilitate the deal closure without last minute hiccups.
